Is my Wi-Fi connection with WiZone secure?

WiZone offers a secure sign-up and authentication process. Once you are on a “WiZone” SSID, you should make sure you’re on an SSL-secured site (https://…), or using a VPN to encrypt anything you send – just as you would from your home or work Internet connection.
Fraudulent SSIDs do exist. “Free Public Wi-Fi” signals can be, and usually are, fraudulent.
